Q:A. How do I make a donation to Hospice of Wichita Falls?

A:Donations can be made online, by mail, by phone, or hand delivered to our office. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). To make an online donation, please click the "Make a Donation Online" button on our Donation page. To make a donation by phone, please call 940.691.0982 or 800.378.2822. To make a donation by mail, please fill out our downloadable form and send to: Hospice of Wichita Falls, P.O. Box 4804, Wichita Falls, Tx 76308. To Hand Deliver a donation, please stop by our administrative office at 4909 Johnson Road, Wichita Falls, TX. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Along with your donation, please be sure to include those being remembered. Also, please provide us with the complete name and address of the person who should be notified of your donation.

Q:B. Do I need a special form or contribution envelope in order to make a donation to Hospice of Wichita Falls?

A:A printable donation form may be obtained by clicking on the "Printable Dontation Form" button on the Donation page. -Or- You may request a supply of pre-addressed donation envelopes by emailing sueb@hospiceofwf.org or calling the HOWF office at 940-691-0982. Please attach a note with your donation indicating the individual being remembered. Also, please provide us with the complete name and address of the person who should be notified of your donation.

Q:C. How are donations used?

A:Your donation funds will be used locally to help Hospice of Wichita Falls cover the cost of care for patients without adequate financial resources or insurance coverage. Additionaly, your donations help fund our community children’s programs, such as Building Bridges and Camp Grin Again, as well as our community adult programs, including Pathways™, Wings of Hope for bereaved parents and families, and various grief support groups, which are all free and open to the community.

Q:D. May I make a contribution “in honor of” someone living?

A:Yes. We will gladly accept contributions in honor or recognition of someone special in your life. We will mail a hand-written card to the person being honored. Please be sure to enclose the name and address of that person with your donation.

Q:E. May I make a donation to Hospice of Wichita Falls in memory of someone cared for by another Hospice program?

A:Yes. The funds will be used locally to help Hospice of Wichita Falls cover the cost of care for patients without adequate financial resources or insurance coverage and to help fund our community children’s programs such as Building Bridges and Camp Grin Again and also our community adult programs including Pathways™, Wings of Hope for bereaved parents and families, and various grief support groups which are all free and open to the community.
